Lack of communication: it's been 10 days with no response regarding my delivery status. I've sent numerous emails and still no replies. They really ought to be upfront. The main reason I purchased this watch was because of their promise (We are building water wells in Africa. For every watch you buy we provide clean drinking water for one family.) but now I'm starting to have my doubts.

About a month back, I ordered and paid for a watch. I'm still hanging tight for it to get to the mail service. They sent me a tracking code, but the watch hasn’t been given to them yet. I’ve reached out using two different email accounts and left a couple of messages on the website, but I haven’t heard a peep. Waiting for a watch is one thing, but getting a bogus tracking code with no communication is just plain frustrating.

I just got my OTUS Neo Chrome from "KREDO". It looks fantastic on my wrist, and I'm really happy with it. The quality of the product is great too. I might grab another one, but this time for my dad's birthday; he would totally dig the gold ones.
